Meetings are held at various locations. RSVP is required.

NAME TAGS: WE ARE TAKING ORDERS FOR NAME TAGS. SEE JEANNE DOUGHERTY TO PLACE AN ORDER. THE COST IS $15.00

Each month we give away door prizes donated by local business. Our club’s aim is to have informative and fun programs.  

Please e-mail your reservation in response to the invitation, or if you are a non-member e-mail your reservation by the first of the month, to [email protected]. (If this link does not open your particular e-mail client automatically, you should go through your own e-mail account and send the reservation just like you would send an e-mail to someone new).

TO MAKE A RESERVATION:

You can make reservations stating after the first of the month. The club meets in September through May, but does not have a meeting in November. The club meets on the 4^th Thursday of each month, except in December when the meeting is on the 1^st Thursday of the month.

Reservations are taken until the deadline which is stated in the e-mail request for reservations. There will possibly be a change each month on when the reservation is due, so please read the deadlines in the e-mail sent to you for the meeting sign-up.

If you receive an e-mail to invite you to the meeting you merely need to respond YES in the e-mail response and return to only the sender. If you will be bringing a guest, you should also indicate their name and number in your e-mail. If you require a Heart Smart Meal, this request should also be in the return e-mail.

You will receive a confirmation that your e-mail has been received and your reservation made.

TO CANCEL A RESERVATION:

If you find that you will be unable to attend the meeting, you should notify reservations [email protected] by the deadline. If you do not cancel by the deadline, you are required to pay for your lunch. If you invite a guest and they are unable to attend the meeting, you are responsible for their cancellation.
